You have awesome awsome awesome customer service.

I bought some Michael Kors goods awhile ago, and today got a handwritten, hand addressed and very “make me feel special” letter. In this bad economy, I guess they’re trying to lure back and work with existing and past customers to increase their sales. Mr. Kors, you had me at Project Runway, but I love the touch. Very impressive!
