There is a lot of stress in my life right now. I’ve never had a breakout from stress, woken up in the middle of the night from a nightmare about a real life situation and always felt like I had drank 5 Cokes. As such, I need to find something to relieve stress. So, starting tonight, I’m going to re-start yoga and I’m also going to devote my time spent currently worrying towards more enterprising adventures- including my beloved blog. I’m not digging the new template (it feels too commercial- rejigging it is at the top of my list) and also I’m feeling like Roccapuccia has become a little too “all over the map”. In the next week or two, you should be able to see more narrowly defined categories and a more refined content scope.

Yoga is good.
Fresh walks in the countryside on the weekend are also very, very good.
The dykes along the Pitt River and those out past Ladner – especially those walks with the few people who know about them – are wonderful. Bird life with its accompanying song and the fresh, sweet smell of approaching spring really do rejuvenate the soul. Auntie E. and I do this country walking every weekend. Perhaps you and the RP entourage would like to join us. Understanding, of course, that if the last gasps of winter hit – half of us will be yoga-ing along with you.
