I’m sure you’ve all seen the tragic pictures of Jessica Simpson that have been popping up over the last few months, and despite my feelings about her- I have started to just feel bad for her. She’s gained a few pounds (something I know oh too well) and is under a lot more media criticism about it than me… But WHY would she think this dress, picture from People, was a good idea? When you’ve gained a few pounds, the last thing you want to do is wear a tighter dress like this with no belt or distractions from your body type, plus horizontal stripes are just never flattering… And I don’t even think I want to ask about her bra, or lack thereof.
I’m actually applauding her for not listening to all the crap that’s being said about her in the media with weight gain and everything, but when she wears dresses like this she is definitely attracting that kind of attention to herself. Maybe that’s it, she can’t get attention any other way?
