Remember a couple of weeks ago when I proclaimed my love of Salon Selectives? Well, turns out my love might have been a little overstated. 2 days ago I ran out of Salon Selectives and had to use some conditioner from Skoah that I had gotten with a gift package. While the conditioner was good, the first day I blow dried my hair I was in a huge hurry and literally just ran a blowdryer through and didn’t follow my normal routine- and my hair was frizzier than… Well… A super frizzy hairdo.
So the next day I was still missing the SS but used my regular hair products- which immediately had my hair become straight, glossy and bouncy. It’s the product, not the conditioner. Of course! Why hadn’t I figured this out before? The cheap as dirt hair conditioner couldn’t be the magical answer.
The magical answer is in the way of another of my recent Sephora finds: Straight Making No Frizz Styling Cream for Medium to Thick Hair. If you have curly or straight hair, this is the be all and end all. Yes, it probably sounds moderately ridiculous coming from me seeing as I thought the whole miracle hair situation was because of a cheap bottle of conditioner… But now that I’ve figured it all out ladies- it’s the be all. The end all.
