As I got home from my vacation, I was greeted with 3 packages on my front door: an Amazon.com delivery of “How to be a Hepburn in a Hilton World” (which was TERRIBLE, don’t waste your money – I had a credit I had to use and pre-ordered it months ago), my Fall Swap Package from Pink Ladybug’s Life via the KappaPrep swap (Which was spectacular- a book, teas, soap, chocolates.. mmmm…) and my Clarisonic from Shasta at My Blonde Reality.

I was pessmistic about the whole Clarisonic thing, but after Shasta and other blogger’s glorious reviews, I knew I’d bow to it eventually. Let me tell you that this little devide has changed my skin like a 360 in the 2 days I’ve been using it. My skin has always been very prone to oil, and thus blackheads and making it have a rather bumpy or clogged texture- but today my skin is soft, glowing and smooth. It’s like night and day, and I’m only on day 2 people. I think I might save up (Yes, I’m on a budget now) and splurge on a new body brush to smooth out my elbows, knees and heels. Oh, the possibilities. The only thing I’m not totally in love with is the cleansers, but you can swap those out for your favorite brands. Oh, and the feeling of the bristles vibrating on your nose, it makes me want to sneeze- but I’m sure I’ll get used to those and if that’s the price of beauty… So be it!

I was so looking forward to reading that book – I’m sorry to hear that it was terrible. For once, at least, I learned this before spending money on it! :)

That sounds like a wonderful product – I hadn’t heard about it before today. Great review! :)
