I was around for the 80′s. I happily rocked the neon, legwarmers and crimped hair. The fact that the 80′s are back is great… Except I have outgrown everything I might have worn as a 7 year old at the peak of the 80′s. Ok, I was 7 when the 80′s ended. Nothing fits and now I’m so behind the 80-ball with all the 80′s wear coming back again in a big way. Case in point? The supposed 80′s dream sequence in SATC2 coming out in the Spring.
There are still some parts of the 80s which should never exist again (like SJP’s 80s disaster, above). However, slight interpretations of the 80′s is awesome. So like the child of the 80′s that I am, I was very excited that things like this are coming back around and while I’m not about to run out and buy all new shirts with big shoulder pads, I still want to participate. That’s why I’m obsessed with tracking down this bra: the ShapeFX Shoulder Pad Bra!
It has shoulder pads built into the bra to make any shirt slightly 80′s! How genius is that!?
