Valentine’s Day at the Movies

by Miss A on February 13, 2012

One of the great things about Valentine’s Day (other than the abundant amount of red and pink chocolate) is the surefire sappy romantic movies which stream into theatres and the thousands of men who suck it up and agree to go watch one with their Valentine.

One that I’m definitely going to be seeing is The Vow, from the writer of the Notebook and starring hunk of burning love Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams. I feel kinda bad for poor Rachel McAdams though, she seems to always either fall in love with someone who has memory problems or become one in these movies! But then again, she is a Hollywood actress who gets to kiss handsome men on screen- maybe not.

Perhaps the best way to sum up this movie and it’s allure for women is in two things: One, we love sappy romances. We like to see men try to woo the girl and people fall in love, it’s in our DNA. Two,  the movie is rated PG-13 for swearing, sexual references and… a glimpse of Channing Tatum’s ass.
